The Greek island of
Kefalonia is famous for it's lovely beaches and spectacular scenery, and of course from the novel and film "
Captain Corelli's Mandolin". Many of us have the dream of the good and simple life in a Greek village. I believe this goes for the sims too, so I've made a few houses for them, most of them based on real houses in Kefalonia. This one is the fourteenth, the previous ones are

Most Greeks do their laundry at home. In the past, however, it was common for the women to gather in the middle of the village to do their laundry together, and, of course, to have a chat and learn the latest gossip. In the sims neighbourhood it comes in very handy, for those who don't have neither the space nor the money for a washing machine, that they can meet at the public laundry
Hygieia. It is small, but it does the trick, and at least it has a coffee machine for the customers while they are waiting. Allthough, it is usually the laundry which has to wait for the women to get ready, than the other way around.
