Most gypsies have a strong attatchment to their family, and love to live close to other members of the clan. So when one family found their little spot by the Bridge, soon their cousins settled nearby. Even if they are quite poor, their living conditions is a little bit better than for their more unlucky relatives. Even this tiny house can house a family of six, and the quite large outdoor area make up for the rather confined spaces inside. But this family love the outdoors anyway!

You can see all the pictures from this lot here.
Note! No sims included!

Residential House
Lotsize: 20 x 15
Price furnished: 18 603
Price unfurnished: 11 335
Fully furnished and decorated

1 floor
Ground floor: Kitchen/bedroom combined, bedroom, bath (and open air "livingroom")

Sims 3 World Adventures Sims 3 High-End Loft Sims 3 Ambitions Sims 3 Fast Lane Sims 3 Late Night Sims 3 Outdoor Living

NOTE: The lot used is slightly uphill. You can place it at any terrain of course, but some features might shift on a flat lot. The willows is from the terrain and not on the lot itself, so it will not show, unless you place it in similar terrain.

There are some items on this lot that are not from the basic game or expansions. Some are from the Store, some from different creators, that provide quality additions to the game. If you don't have these items, and don't want them,  you can still download the lot without problems. In this case, the items in question will be replaced with items from the base game. If you want the house to show up in your game exactly as in the pictures, you will need the expansions/stuff packages above, the listed items from the Store and the cc included in separate folders in the download file. My most sincere thanks to the creators - you make this game so much more interesting!

I have all the free stuff from EA Sims3 store and some of the paystuff. I may sometimes use them in my houses and if you don't have them they will be replaced by the original objects in your game.

Your houses always come with a bit of a "story". The always feel "lived in" and are full of nice details.
You have such wonderful imagination!!  champagne
