Something were lacking in my Kefalonian neighbourhood. Where were the colourful gypsies? In Greece, and elsewhere, the living conditions for the local gypsies is usually very difficult. Poverty, violence and prejudices is common, even though this is not the case for everybody. Many gypsies are doing perfectly fine, and are businessmen, musicians, public servants etc. However, some gypsies live in extreme poverty, but still manage to preserve their culture and traditional ways.

Close to the broken bridge, in the swamp you will find a little shed, housing a surprisingly large family. It's built with driftwood and whatever material they had at hand, and it's amazing how little you actually need to be happy. The family of six are taking care of each other, and at least no one is ever lonely.

You can see all the pictures from this lot here.
Note! No sims included!

If you want to see a small collage of the daily life of my family on this lot, you will find it here.

Residential House
Lotsize: 15 x 10
Price furnished: 10 247
Price unfurnished: 7 199
Fully furnished and decorated

Sims 3 World Adventures Sims 3 High-End Loft Sims 3 Ambitions Sims 3 Fast Lane Sims 3 Late Night Sims 3 Outdoor Living

NOTE: The willows is from the terrain and not on the lot itself, so it will not show, unless you place it in similar terrain.

There are some items on this lot that are not from the basic game or expansions. Some are from the Store, some from different creators, that provide quality additions to the game. If you don't have these items, and don't want them,  you can still download the lot without problems. In this case, the items in question will be replaced with items from the base game. If you want the house to show up in your game exactly as in the pictures, you will need the expansions/stuff packages above, the listed items from the Store and the cc included in separate folders in the download file. My most sincere thanks to the creators - you make this game so much more interesting!

Thank you very much both of you!  loveheart

And of course, sims are sims and life is life, BUT: the closer to reality the sims get, the better the game is, in my opinion! haha

I have all the free stuff from EA Sims3 store and some of the paystuff. I may sometimes use them in my houses and if you don't have them they will be replaced by the original objects in your game.
