The Greek island of Kefalonia is famous for it's lovely beaches and spectacular scenery, and of course from the novel and film "Captain Corelli's Mandolin". Many of us have the dream of the good and simple life in a Greek village. I believe this goes for the sims too, so I've made a few houses for them, based on real houses in Kefalonia. This one is the fifth, the previous ones are Pandora and Mythos A/Mythos B, Hera apartments and Aiolos.

Even on a small salary and in a tiny house, you can still live a good life, all Greeks know that. What do you actually need, except good friends and family? The Asteropi house might very well be the smallest (and cheapest) house you have ever seen, but I don't think your sim will miss much. In my neighbourhood it is occupied by young Stavroulla, prospering to become a doctor at the local hospital. In your neighbourhood it is probably someone else, but hopefully they will enjoy their little home.

You can see all the pictures from this lot here.
Note! No sims included!

That is a perfect first house for a young sim. I love the blue colour on the outside wall and allthough its small it has all the stuff one need at the start.  loveblow

I have all the free stuff from EA Sims3 store and some of the paystuff. I may sometimes use them in my houses and if you don't have them they will be replaced by the original objects in your game.
