For update information, see the bottom of this message.

Walking down Brick road you realize that the houses are very similar, except from some minor differences. Brick road 3 and 4 are semi-detached, and this post shows you what hides behind the door of number 3, the white building.  It is the home of a small Greek family, and their house is the witness of their foodloving, social and playful personalities.

I have made this brick house collection in tribute to immigrants all over the world. They richen the design, food, music and fashion and are important contributors to the culture they come to, and make our neighbourhoods colourful and interesting. If you want to customize the house yourself, I've also uploaded the house skeleton ("Brick road no. 20"), without indoor wallpapers, furniture or apartment facilitation. Make your own row of "same, same, but different" houses! And, of course, it fits perfectly with Brick road no. 2 and Brick road no. 5, as you can see on the second picture.

You can see all the pictures from this lot here.
Note! No sims included!

There are some items in this lot that are not from the basic game or expansions. Some are from the Store, some from creators that provide quality additions to the game. If you don't have these items, and don't want them,  you can still download without problems, but the items in question will be replaced with items from the base game. I have included them in separate folders in the download file, except for the Store items. My most sincere thanks to the creators - you make this game so much more interesting!

UPDATE 7th of April:
I just realized that no NPCs moved in next door, I had overlooked a small, but important detail, and I'm sorry for that. I have now made a new and corrected version (number 3b), so please re-download, if you want to have NPC neighbours! If you don't want neighbours, the first version (number 3) will work fine.

Download Sims3Pack Bricktown - Brick road no. 3b - Greek colours (NPC will move in)

Download Sims3Pack Bricktown - Brick road no. 3 - Greek colours (NPC will NOT move in)

I have all the free stuff from EA Sims3 store and some of the paystuff. I may sometimes use them in my houses and if you don't have them they will be replaced by the original objects in your game.
