Any city sim does from time to time dream about a lovely place in the countryside, with fresh air and a lot of space. Most sims doesn't do anything about it, but some adventurous persons wouldn't hesitate to grab the opportunity,
if they could find an old farm for the correct price. And here it is!
The Brekke farm has been abandoned for a few years, so it would probably need some work, but it has a lot of space, indoors and outdoors, and a lot of possibilities for the right person! If your family has a lot of children, this would be perfect! Or maybe a family where mom and dad has a career that needs a home office? Or they simply need some room for their hobbies? Some day, they might even be able to fill it with animals, but of course this is not possible yet. But the barn has room for two cars, so it is still not a total waste.
This lot is modeled from a typical (not existing) large Norwegian farm (most farmhouses in Norway are much more modest then this one). The storehouse ("stabbur") on poles was in use on all farms in Norway, until electricity became common - and even after that.
