Not all sims can afford to live in huge mansions. That does not mean that their house can not be elegant. So is the case with this small city house, perfect for a young couple. Or maybe your old auntie or uncle? I'm sure they would be quite comfortable in this little villa whether it is in the beginning or towards the end of their grown up life.
(Before you download, make sure you read the remarks!)

If you want a serial of Victorian Houses you will find several with the name "Victorian House Anno xxxx" made by me. Maybe you will like this one? (Of course you will also find Victorian houses made by other creators here at Anno, you can make a general search here.)
NOTE! Don’t put too much emphasis on the year – it is just illustrative!

You can see all the pictures from this lot here.

My most sincere thanks and credit to Enrosadira, Krabaten and Freddy here at Anno, for their lovely patterns. You can download the whole sets here: Enrosadira's Tuscany my love and Victorian patterns, Krabaten's Abstract patterns and Fredy's Patterns collection 2. Or you can install the single files that I've included in the rar file.

There is one small item from Around the Sims 3 on this lot, ie the books on the living room table. Since they are not really that important for the lot as a whole, I have not included them, but you can find them here. If you don't want them in your game, just replace it with another decorative element.

Please note: The house also has some (pay) items from The Store. If you don't have these items you can still download without problems, but the items in question will be replaced with items from the base game. The items used are:
Morris curtain
Retronator stove
Pallas Bookshelf
B. Harvard's Water Collection set

oops You will not be able to use the chair at the end of the kitchen table, close to the windows - it is purely decorative. If you find it annoying that your simmies are yelling about this from time to time, just delete it. You will still have five usable chairs. And, I almost forgot, there is no laundry basket. I simply couldn't find any room for it.  Embarrassed

A very lovely house.  loveheart It looks small outside but seems to have a lot of room inside. Love your colour choices.

I have all the free stuff from EA Sims3 store and some of the paystuff. I may sometimes use them in my houses and if you don't have them they will be replaced by the original objects in your game.

Thank you all of you!

Love how you squeezed in the angled part to the right of the entrance.  loveheart

Squeezed?? what You are so right Sophi, this whole house is a bit "squeezed"  grin but that was the fun and challenge of building it.
The layout was tricky Ani, and I'm happy to hear that you think I have succeeded!  tender
