Not all sims can afford to live in huge mansions. That does not mean that their house can not be elegant. So is the case with this small city house, perfect for a young couple. Or maybe your old auntie or uncle? I'm sure they would be quite comfortable in this little villa whether it is in the beginning or towards the end of their grown up life.

There is one small item from Around the Sims 3 on this lot, ie the books on the living room table. Since they are not really that important for the lot as a whole, I have not included them, but you can find them
here. If you don't want them in your game, just replace it with another decorative element.
Please note: The house also has some (pay) items from The Store. If you don't have these items you can still download without problems, but the items in question will be replaced with items from the base game. The items used are:

You will not be able to use the chair at the end of the kitchen table, close to the windows - it is purely decorative. If you find it annoying that your simmies are yelling about this from time to time, just delete it. You will still have five usable chairs. And, I almost forgot, there is no laundry basket. I simply couldn't find any room for it.
