Even though it is placed on a small city lot, this house gives you a feeling of living in the countryside. With it's small pond and a vegetable garden it gives the family the possibility to provide fresh fish and vegetables (fish/vegetables must be stocked/planted), and live a healthy life. The house may not look very large, but in fact it can easily accommodate a family of seven. As you know, a large family were quite common back in the 1880's.
If you want a serial of Victorian Houses you will find several with the name "Victorian House Anno xxxx" made by
me. Maybe you will like
this one? (Of course you will also find Victorian houses made by other creators here at Anno, you can make a general search
here.)
NOTE! Don’t put too much emphasis on the year – it is just illustrative!

My most sincere thanks and credit to Enrosadira here at Anno, for her lovely patterns. If you haven't got them already, you can download her
Victorian patterns here. I have used them in this lot, and if you want walls and furniture to show up as in the pictures, you will have to download them.
There is also one object used in this lot,
the Bible on the table in the living room. It is from
Around the Sims 3, and you can download it for free. If you don't want it in your game, just replace it with another decorative element.
Please note: The house also has some (pay) items from The Store. If you don't have these items you can still download without problems, but the items in question will be replaced with items from the base game.
