Apartment lot
Lotsize: 4x4
Rent: 1 528 Simoleons - 2 822 Simoleons
6 apartmentunits
Basic features in kitchen and bathroom.


The lot has two houses with a 2-story apartment in each, one with 3 bedrooms and one with 2 bedrooms. The other two houses has 2 apartments each, three with 2 bedrooms and one with 1 bedroom. There is also a small fruit and vegetable garden where your sim can plant and if your sim dont have time to attend it the landlord will do that.

Those arches from Simwardrobe didn't seem to be there? _ Or did I do something wrong.... scratch

Oh Marbi, you stole my heart again! I really like how there are loose houses in the lot, makes it much nicer to play in, with no disturbances at night!!
Beautifully placed as well, can't wait to put one of my families up there!
