I find the Victorian Style so attractive, and I can’t get enough of these old houses in my neighborhood. This elegant building from 1894 will easily house a family of four, even if the size is quite moderate. The large outdoor area gives the children plenty of room to play, and even has a small fruit and vegetable garden.

If you’re looking for more Sims 3 Victorian houses, look at these: 1904 and 1899.
NOTE! Don’t put too much emphasis on the year – it is just illustrative!

Are you looking for a family to move in to this house? You'll find the Wittusen family here!

You can see all the pictures from this lot here.

My most sincere thanks and credit to Enrosadira here at Anno, for her lovely patterns.
If you haven't got it already, you can download it here: Go Green and Victorian.

Please note: The house has some (pay) items from The Store. If you don't have these items you can still download without problems, but the items in question will be replaced with items from the base game.

what Ooops! As it turns out, the stove doesn't work unless you delete the cupboard just above it! Sorry about that!

This looks like a promising and very stately house, Kyria!
Looking forward to the finished project!

I have all the free stuff from EA Sims3 store and some of the paystuff. I may sometimes use them in my houses and if you don't have them they will be replaced by the original objects in your game.

Oh how sweet with the tower and all!  tender

And there are almost no room with a square angle - just like it is in this kind of houses.  Smiley
