I find the Victorian Style so attractive, and I can’t get enough of these old houses in my neighborhood. This elegant building from 1894 will easily house a family of four, even if the size is quite moderate. The large outdoor area gives the children plenty of room to play, and even has a small fruit and vegetable garden.
If you’re looking for more Sims 3 Victorian houses, look at these:
1904 and
1899.
NOTE! Don’t put too much emphasis on the year – it is just illustrative! Are you looking for a

Please note: The house has some (pay) items from The Store. If you don't have these items you can still download without problems, but the items in question will be replaced with items from the base game.
Ooops! As it turns out, the stove doesn't work unless you delete the cupboard just above it! Sorry about that!
