Don't you find it annoying that your Sims can't get a proper mortgage when they are about to buy a new house? Well now they can! At least in a simmish way!  Wink

Just move your Sim into the bank, make them fill out the "Motherlode-application", and in no-time their loan is disposable on their account!
The bank is built as a residential lot, for this purpose only. It does not have kitchen or other convenient facilities. Place it on one of your cheapest lot - preferably a 10x10 - so that even the poorest sim get the chance to apply for the "loan".

Price furnished: 15 358
Price unfurnished: 11 501
Partly furnished and decorated

2 floors
Ground floor: Reception/office
First floor: Bedroom, shower/W.C.

Please note: The house has some (pay) items from The Store. If you don't have these items you can still download without problems, but the items in question will be replaced with items from the base game.

I have all the free stuff from EA Sims3 store and some of the paystuff. I may sometimes use them in my houses and if you don't have them they will be replaced by the original objects in your game.

I don't know how nice I think the house is myself, since, with such an expensive facade, I had to keep it simple inside to keep the price down. It would probably be easier to make a "Simes loan shark & pawn broaker"!  haha
