The Pink Lady

This house has been hanging around for some time.
The idea behind it is that the elderly lady who built it
intended it to be an inheritance for her niece.
However, she lived much longer than expected so she
built another house as a wedding present for her great-niece.

You can see why this house is called The Pink Lady.

First floor with Kitchen, Nursery, Master Bedroom and bath,
Dining room, Parlor and Guest Bathroom.

Second Floor with the Guests' Restrooms, Entertainment and
reading areas, also quarters for Housekeeper or Butler.

Third floor on the left is Pinky's quarters
(she has access to the roof for stargazing),
on the right are two additional bedrooms with baths.

An Intimate Dining Room

Housekeeper/Butler quarters

This pond will allow your Sims to fish and swim.

Here is Pinky pursuing her passion for stargazing
(this area of the roof has an invisible covering
as protection from the elements).

I have all the free stuff from EA Sims3 store and some of the paystuff. I may sometimes use them in my houses and if you don't have them they will be replaced by the original objects in your game.

Oh Nonni, if my simmies will not enjoy the swimmable and fishable pond, I sure do!
I never got the hang of building, but this is great.
Thank you so much.
