The file is empty...how do I open it?

Normally, I use Winrar to unzip and then cleanpackinstaller to DL it. Am I doing something wrong?

Please advise

I downloaded and there is not any empty file.  Smiley
Please wait until it comes "click here to download" and it is a huge file so it takes some time.
Probably your internet connection got briefly abrupted during download.
Try download again, please.
