This is the fifth of five houses in this style, all under the label Nordic Living.
This is the basic building. No landscaping, no furniture and not even descent wallpaper. So it is up to you to play with it as you want. (I plan to upload a decorated version and suitable family for it, at a later point  Wink )

3 floors
Ground floor: Kitchen, dining area, living area, open hall, office, W.C.
First floor: 3 Bedrooms, Bathroom, hall, terrace
Second floor: 1 Bedroom, roof

Almost everything in this house is from the basic game. However, you will need to download these two build items:

I have all the free stuff from EA Sims3 store and some of the paystuff. I may sometimes use them in my houses and if you don't have them they will be replaced by the original objects in your game.

Thanks terripie.  Smiley The stairs are not so difficult once you've done it a few times. There are a lot of useful buildingtips on YouTube, maybe this tutorial is useful?  Kiss
