This is the first of five houses in this style, all under the label Nordic Living.
If you don't have a family for it, there might be just the perfect family here.

Residential House
Lotsize: 20 x 30
Price furnished: 74 524
Price unfurnished: 40 370
Fully furnished and decorated

3 floors
Ground floor: Kitchen, Livingroom, Bathroom
First floor: 2 Bedrooms, Bathroom, Office/hall
Second floor: Bedroom, hall/playroom
 Sims 3 Basegame

Included in download:
Green flower curtains, pattern by John at AnnoSims
Small pattern by Krabaten at AnnoSims, recoloured by KyriaT
Strawbery curtains, pattern by Plum at MTS here

Not included:
Pink parfume bottles (in girls bedroom) by Srikandi at MTS here
Pattern used in the girls room in the loft, by ashleydoom at MTS here, it is no. 27 in this set.
NOTE! I have some patterns installed that are package-files (not Sims3.pack), making it impossible to see the difference between them and the Maxis patterns. If a wallpaper or furniture doesn't show up in your game as shown in the pictures, please let me know, and I will do my best to fix that, and give proper credit.

Please install the pattern and items file first, and then the house itself!

I have all the free stuff from EA Sims3 store and some of the paystuff. I may sometimes use them in my houses and if you don't have them they will be replaced by the original objects in your game.
