Not the nicest personality but maybe if you help her on the way she will get what she wants the most. The patterns for her clothes are from AnnoSims pattern creators - a great thanks to them.

I have all the free stuff from EA Sims3 store and some of the paystuff. I may sometimes use them in my houses and if you don't have them they will be replaced by the original objects in your game.
