I did'n realize that all terrain was for free until to late included pond. Gaah.

I think its a great house to start with.
Looks a bit like an old swedish country house.

I have all the free stuff from EA Sims3 store and some of the paystuff. I may sometimes use them in my houses and if you don't have them they will be replaced by the original objects in your game.
