I have all the free stuff from EA Sims3 store and some of the paystuff. I may sometimes use them in my houses and if you don't have them they will be replaced by the original objects in your game.

Im not sure about this lot but often when I build these community lots they are residential lots from the beginning so the trashcan and mailbox are there somewhere a bit hidden. If that is the case with this one there is no need to download them.
