Another Suburban apartments ready to be occupied. These lofts are perfect for a small family or for newly weds. The rooms are spacious and with a good view. Outside, it has a small park at the back away from the streets, making it a safe place for children to play. It is also an ideal place for having picnics.

I have all the free stuff from EA Sims3 store and some of the paystuff. I may sometimes use them in my houses and if you don't have them they will be replaced by the original objects in your game.

I love your suburban apartments. Well done. Just one question please, do the businesses work as businesses? And who runs them, because sims living in the apartments can't have home businesses.
And I'd love to download these but I don't have University, Pets, and M&G :( I will someday

Thanks for the wonderful comments my dear. The business is for deco purposes only, as there is no "residential business" in apartment life.
