Why can I not download

4 things to be aware of when download is failing.

I try to download but the zip file is empty, corrupt or broken!
This could happen for two reasons.
1) All our download files are linked from another site and
if there are any problems at that site we cannot help it.
The only thing we can do is try to repair our downloads from here.
2) Sometimes the internet connection breaks for a minimum of time,
and that is enough to corrupt the zip or rar in the download due
to the incomplete connection.
What you can do if this have happened:
Throw away the damaged zip/rar and try to download again.
If it's still not working, send us a mail about it.
Please tell us what you tried to download by Title and Artist,
and we will correct it from here.

Spybot problems
If you are having problem accessing our download files and have
Spybot installed on your computer, please follow these two steps.
Do not add, change or delete steps in either direction.

STEP 1
- Open the Tools menu in your Internet Explorer browser and choose
'Spybot - Search Destroy Configuration'.
- There you will find a drop down menu where you should select
"Ask for blocking confirmation".

- If you want to visit a blocked website choose "Allow".
NOTE: This Option also applies to Firefox
If this doesn't work go to the next step.

STEP 2
- Run Spybot-S&D and select "Spybot-S&D" --> "Immunize" in
the navigation bar on the left. Click "Undo".
- Then run Spybot - Search & Destroy and switch to the
Advanced mode via the menu item Mode.
- Now select 'Tools' - 'Resident' from the navigation bar on the left.
- Please untick the checkbox in front of the 'SdHelper'

DO NOT go back to Spybot S&D and choose "Immunize" again.
That action negates all steps you took in STEP 2 and will
block our downlink files for you again.

Anti-Virus program
Make sure your anti-virus program allows to download from Mediafire or Hotlink.

Click on Windows
Click on System 32
Click on drivers
Click on ect
Click on hosts - open with notepad
Find the site that you're not being allowed to access and delete it - save file
Close
Reboot
